Bia Energy is the new name to watch on the Irish renewable energy scene. Since The Currency revealed in February that Eamon Waters had acquired the biogas plant under construction in Huntstown, Co Dublin, the company he established at the time to operate the facility has adopted this new name. It has also registered Bia Energy as a trademark for a range of activities across the waste collection and treatment, clean energy production, food processing and environmental training areas.
