Bartra, the developer of a proposed mixed-use development at Bulloch Harbour in Dalkey, Co Dublin, is seeking a judicial review of its rejection by An Bord Pleanála in the High Court. Solicitors at McCann FitzGerald lodged judicial review proceedings against the planning board on Tuesday on behalf of Bartra Property (Dublin) Ltd, the subsidiary of the property group controlled by Richard Barrett tasked with redeveloping the former Western Marine building on the south Dublin harbour.
