IBM is pulling more than €4.5 billion in accumulated profits out of its Dublin-based international business centre, new company information shows. On December 4, the US IT multinational’s central holding company in Ireland, IBM Ireland Products Distribution, first issued bonus shares worth €3.7 billion to its Dutch parent, IBM Products BV.
