Co Meath entrepreneur Eamon Waters has bought the Chancery office and residential building in central Dublin, new company information shows. Waters signed a resolution on December 13 allowing Sretaw Group Treasury Operations, part of his Sretaw family office, to extend a loan to Chancery Lane Dublin Real Estate SARL, the Luxembourg vehicle in ownership of the Dublin 8 property.  Sretaw made the filing under rules governing loans between related companies and labelled it as “special resolution shareholder”, confirming that the refinance is part of an acquisition deal.
