French nursing home giant Orpea has settled a legal action being taken against by the owner of the K Club Michael Fetherston. A filing in the High Court reveals the case was struck out on Monday. Neither side has revealed the terms of the settlement, which is believed to have involved both sides picking up their own costs.  Fetherston took the action against Orpea because he was seeking an additional payment from Orpea after he sold it his nursing home group TLC.
