Paul Mulvaney, the former group managing director of The Irish Times, has set up a new consulting business. Called ZC Consulting, the tagline of the company is “towards a Zero Carbon future,” as it draws upon his extensive engineering, renewable energy and management experience as a senior executive with the ESB. Mulvaney was previously executive director of ESB Networks and director of innovation at the ESB Group.
