Aaron Rodericks, co-lead of threat disruption at social media platform X (formerly Twitter), has initiated proceedings against his employer and its owner Elon Musk in the High Court in Dublin. Last year, the Irish-based X employee secured an injunction restraining the firm from taking any further steps in a disciplinary process against him. Rodericks claimed the process was a “complete sham” over allegations he “demonstrated hostility” to the company for allegedly liking tweets critical of X, Musk, and the firm’s chief executive Linda Yaccarino, according to court reports at the time.
