An Bord Pleanála has ordered Kildare County Council to remove eight sites from its planned residential-zoned land tax net after it let local zoning plans expire for several prominent towns in the county. Last week, the planning authority released decisions quashing the council’s decision in five cases on appeal from landowners to have sites removed from the local authority’s tax map.
