X3T Broadband, the telecommunications software business led by National Broadband Ireland (NBI)’s chairman David McCourt, has acquired Strategic Imperatives, an English-based company offering similar services in the UK, and made board appointments straddling the subsidised Irish infrastructure company and the merging technology vendors.
