Irish-owned construction company JT Magen has hit back at criticisms made against it in the United States and said it plans to appeal a decision made in relation to the matter on January 18 in the appellate division of the New York Supreme Court. The row revolves around a prime building in Hell’s Kitchen at 787 11th Avenue, which is owned by a consortium of investors including basketball star LeBron James and movie star turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger.
