The newly appointed joint liquidators of collapsed builder Glenbeigh Construction Ltd have promised to investigate concerns raised by a development partner about dividend payments of €1.1 million made to the firm’s shareholders in 2022. The company, in voluntary liquidation, was carrying out works at Dublin Airport, Mountjoy prison, and a nine-storey apartment development in Dundrum when it went bust last week. The Court confirmed on Monday the appointment of Dessie Morrow and Diarmaid Guthrie of Azets Ireland as liquidators of the company, following their appointment as provisional liquidators on January 16.
