Property developer and former racehorse owner Conor Clarkson has gone on trial accused of forging documents in connection with a land transaction in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow. The 60-year-old with an address at Cairnsfort, Enniskerry Road, Stepaside is alleged to have made and used falsified documents to gain enhanced right-of-way access to lands he was selling to the pension fund of businessman Richard Roche, a decade ago.
