A British accountant has managed to bow out of Riverdance star Michael Flatley’s €30 million damages lawsuit following the alleged discovery of hazardous chemical residue at his Co Cork mansion. The Commercial Court has set aside a summons invalidly served on David Cushion, managing partner of MSE Business Management, a London firm offering business management and accountancy services to people in music, sports, and entertainment. Cushion’s lawyers successfully argued in court on Monday that proper procedures for serving a writ out of the jurisdiction had not been complied with.
