A subsidiary of Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) has failed to overturn a demand from Dublin City Council for €315,000 in unpaid vacant site levy fees on a €4.5 million site in Dublin 6. The local authority is chasing up the levy for 2021 for a site on the corner of Appian Way and Leeson Street Lower.
