A finance administrator who alleged she was the subject of a “personal vendetta” was not unfairly dismissed by tech unicorn Globoforce (Workhuman) last year, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has found. Elizabeth Keating was let go on May 8, 2023, after the software firm, co-headquartered in Dublin, announced plans to shed approximately a tenth of its workforce.
