The Revenue Commissioners has lodged a High Court tax case against a company owned by property developer Greg Kavanagh. The latest proceedings involving the Arklow-born builder are against Fofo Investments, a company set up for “mixed farming” in 2005 but seemingly later used as a pass-through company for property interests acquired by Kavanagh. The tax case was lodged on Monday with Ivor Fitzpatrick Solicitors on record for the Revenue.
