Attestor Capital is in advanced talks for Cork’s largest pub group, called The Rearden’s Group, with an offer of over €30 million. Attestor plans to merge the group with its existing strong base of pubs in Dublin to create a nationwide pub group. They are also looking at other pub assets in the west of Ireland.
