The sale of the Shelbourne Hotel marks the end of Kennedy Wilson’s investment in Irish hospitality. The Dublin luxury establishment was the only wholly-owned hotel remaining on the US property giant’s books until the deal, now confirmed to have closed with the Dutch investment firm Archer Hotel Capital.
