Ekco, one of Europe’s fastest-growing security-first managed cloud services providers, has acquired the Cheshire-based CTS Group from administration, securing 140 jobs. The British provider of cloud and managed IT services to law firms and barristers in Britain and Ireland was hit by a cyber attack in November last year, causing a crisis in the business which led to PwC being appointed as administrators. It had revenues of about £18 million (€20.9 million) in its last financial year and employed 140 people servicing its legal customers.
