The sale of an entire retirement village of small bungalows is not an everyday property event. But that is what agents Cushman and Wakefield delivered to the market in 2017. Located in Ashford, Co Wicklow, Clonmannon Village consisted of a detached period residence, known as Clonmannon House, and 44 bungalow units.  What’s more, the development came with planning consent from Wicklow County Council for use as a retirement village – although that didn’t mean it wasn’t also suited for other uses, like leisure or hospitality.
