Eamon Waters’ delayed plan to redevelop Textile House and extend his existing hotel offering in the heart of the capital has hit another snag as a nearby restaurant owner has lodged an appeal with An Bord Pleanála. The appeal was lodged by the owner of the Pablo Picante burrito bar, Colm McNamara, who previously raised concerns with Dublin City Council over the proposed redevelopment at the property beside Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.
