Nick Friedrich likes to get in on the ground floor. After a decade in telecoms and banking in the southeastern United States, he joined a technology company in 2011 that was preparing to list on the stock market the following year. It was Facebook, and Friedrich ended up leading its small and medium business sales and operations in North America as he scaled its team tenfold.
