The Revenue Commissioners has lodged a High Court tax case against New Generation Construction Ltd, a firm owned by Arklow-born developer Greg Kavanagh. The lawsuit comes just weeks after the tax collector issued proceedings against Fofo Investments, the parent company of New Generation Construction and more than a dozen other entities in Kavanagh’s property stable.
