Viatel Technology Group, the digital services provider, has paid an estimated €30 million for MJ Flood Technology, the technology arm of the MJ Flood Group. MJ Flood Technology was founded in 1995 as the Baldonnell Business Park-based group sought to diversify beyond its managed print services and security businesses. MJ Flood Technology’s financial performance is not publicly broken out from its parent company MJ Flood Group. The technology division is believed to have an Ebitda of about €5 million.
