The owners of a defunct Dublin transport company found liable last year for a €12.4 million hole in the business’s accounts have now been disqualified from acting as company directors for 14 years. Bill Henry and Stewart Alexander, both with a last known Irish address at Old Trafford, Ballymadun, Ashbourne, Co Dublin, were the two directors of Boxer Logistics Ltd, trading as B Logistics, from its launch in 2017 to its liquidation in 2022, according to the application for their disqualification to the High Court by the company’s liquidators, Tom Musiol of Musiol Advisory and Tom Murray of Friel Stafford.…
