Greg Kavanagh, the property developer, has said he has been asked for “go-away” money four times by individuals who have threatened to lodge appeals against his property developments. Kavanagh was speaking to The Currency in the wake of the Government announcing plans to introduce a new criminal offence for anyone to demand “go-away” money in return for not lodging appeals against property developments.
