The US Supreme Court has refused to hear a challenge by property developer Sean Dunne and his ex-wife Gayle Killilea to a jury finding that he fraudulently transferred the Walford property and other assets to her before filing for bankruptcy in Connecticut. In 2019, US bankruptcy trustee Richard Coan won his suit that Dunne had engaged in a scheme to deprive his creditors access to millions worth of assets through sham transfers to Killilea right before opting to go bust in 2013.
