Riverview Eggs, the Cork company that has been owned by the Kelleher family for six decades, has been sold to Co Monaghan-based Greenfield Foods. The price has not been disclosed but is understood to be about €4 million. Riverview Eggs Ltd is owned by Whites Cross Eggs Ltd, a company owned by DJ Kelleher, and the business is the largest producer and packer of eggs in Munster.
