Irish supply chain operations firm Eastland Engineering Supplies (EES), which had more than €80 million in revenue last year, has been scooped up by a US firm. EES is headquartered in Dublin and has been in business for over 30 years providing maintenance, repair and operations services to various industries. It operates across Ireland, the UK and the US. Vallen Distribution, a US industrial supply chain company, has acquired the Irish company. No financial terms have been disclosed.
