Store Computer Technology (SCT), a tech firm serving retail and hospitality businesses, has been acquired by Welsh counterpart Vista Technology Support. SCT, founded in 1994 by John Hogan, provides tech maintenance and support to the retail and hospitality sectors. The Dublin-based company reaches more than 7,000 locations in Ireland including well-known brands like Elverys. The deal gives the Cardiff-headquartered Vista Technology Support a foothold in Ireland as it boosts its presence in the rest of Europe.
