Several outlets in the Health Matters retail chain have entered a Small Companies Administrative Rescue Process (Scarp) to restructure their business. The Irish-owned chain has five outlets across Dublin and an online business. Filings show that it has appointed a Scarp process adviser to the overall holding company within the group, Sayers Court, as well as to two other companies, Sayerscourt (Bray) and Sayerscourt (Crumlin).
