For almost six years, two High Court-appointed inspectors have been investigating the business and governance of Independent News and Media (INM) following an application by the State’s Corporate Enforcement Authority (CEA). The investigation was triggered following a slew of revelations and protected disclosures relating to data breaches, aborted deals, and the alleged disclosure of confidential information.
