David Wall, the former chief executive of Ardagh Metal Packaging, has taken over as executive chairman of paper packaging business Packaging Holdings. Wall was CEO of Ardagh Metal Packaging, a division of Paul Coulson’s Ardagh Group. The metal packaging division, known for making cans and tins for major brands including Heineken, is headquartered in Luxembourg and listed in New York with a market cap of $2 billion.
