Members of the Bloom Equity Angel syndicate voted this Friday to dissolve Ireland’s largest and longest-established angel syndicate with immediate effect, following an extraordinary general meeting. The vote followed the acceptance by the syndicate of the resignation of its chairman Rowan Devereux, an entrepreneur who is best known as the co-founder of Blue Insurance. The syndicate issued a statement after its EGM, which was held virtually with about 40 experienced angel investors in attendance.
