Meath’s iM3 Dental, a veterinary dentistry equipment firm, has been acquired by Swedish animal health firm Vimian Group for €84 million. IM3 Dental designs and makes dental equipment and x-rays for use in animal dentistry as well as providing training programmes for veterinary dentists. It is based in Duleek, Co Meath with 85 employees in Ireland, the UK, the US and Australia. The company was started more than 30 years ago and is led by chief executive Lehman Bloom.
