Recruitment firm CPL, under the stewardship of its new owner in US private equity giant Bain Capital, is pursuing an acquisition of a home care provider. That is according to a notice filed with the competition authority by Bain Capital and CPL outlining their intention to acquire Irish HomeCare, a care services provider. CPL’s ownership has changed twice in recent years. In 2020, it was acquired by Japanese firm Outsourcing Inc for an estimated €317 million.
