A property vehicle controlled by the Comer family of developers and real estate investors has launched legal action against publican Alan Clancy and his company operating Maisie’s pub in Athlone, Co Westmeath. Cannonade Ltd, represented by Kane Tuohy solicitors, issued summary proceedings on Tuesday against Clancy and Rocket Trend Ltd, a company Clancy owns.
