A Circuit Court judge this Tuesday confirmed accountant Joe Walsh as examiner to Alfrank Designs, the pioneering Dublin luxury furniture company that entered insolvency proceedings on September 20. The company, founded in 1985 and now owned by Frank Carroll, has ten employees including directors Frank and Josephine Carroll. As previously reported, it also issued redeemable preference shares to Enterprise Ireland early in its development.
