A central holding company of Paddy McKillen Sr, the father of Press Up’s co-founder Paddy McKillen Jr, has provided an indemnity for the hospitality group’s debt restructuring, new information filed this week shows. Wintergreen Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary Hume Street Management Consultants Ltd, both companies ultimately owned and controlled by McKillen Sr, have entered a deed of indemnification that forms part of the terms required for the group debt restructuring agreed with Press Up’s lender, Cheyne Capital.
