Irish engineering and lifting equipment company WH Scott Group has made its fourth acquisition in the past three years in the form of British lifting business RHC Lifting. The Wicklow-headquartered firm, founded in 1897, designs and manufactures lifting and handling apparatus such as electric chain hoists, shackles and cranes. It also provides services including statutory inspections of lifting equipment and load testing. WH Scott Group serves the UK and Ireland markets through several different entities, including WH Scott & Son Engineering, Hilton Engineers and Metlab.
