Sports Direct, the British retail behemoth led by billionaire Mike Ashley, has initiated a High Court action against the Irish tax authority.  Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited, a British vehicle that acts as the overall parent company for dozens of connected firms, has filed a judicial review application against the Revenue Commissioners, court filings show.
