Estate agents Savills have put the 100,000 sq ft office block known as 2 Dublin Landings up for sale at a guide price of €60 million on the instructions of Deloitte’s head of restructuring in Ireland, James Anderson, who was appointed as receiver to the property by its German lender in February. The move comes weeks after Anderson finalised a restructuring of the lease held by the building’s sole tenant, the shared office space provider WeWork.
