The Dublin One Collection, a prime group of properties around O’Connell Street, has been quietly put on the market on behalf of Chinese sellers. The collection of adjacent properties includes numbers 14 to 17 O’Connell Street, numbers 13 to 15 Sackville Place, and number 4 to 5 Abbey Street. Most of these properties were bought in 2020 for €13 million by Chinese investors in a deal led by BoVision Capital, a company controlled by businessman Colm Wu.
