A lender secured on the Bray Central commercial development in Co Wicklow is appointing receivers to the Oakmount vehicle for the project, Navybrook Ltd, The Currency has learned. Accountants Sharon Barrett and Declan Taite of financial advisory Kroll have been installed as receivers on behalf of security trustee BCMGlobal (UK). Bray Central was designed by Oakmount, the property business of Press Up Hospitality Group founders Paddy McKillen Jr and Matt Ryan, as a shopping centre featuring entertainment venues such as a cinema, a bowling alley and restaurants.
