Gayle Killilea has failed to stop decade-old Irish legal proceedings against her by a bankruptcy trustee of her ex-husband, the Celtic tiger developer Sean Dunne. A High Court ruling means the suit, trying to reverse Dunne’s alleged attempt to defeat his creditors by fraudulently transferring assets including the Lagoon Beach Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa to Killilea, will continue.
