LaNua Medical may be the newest face on the Irish medtech start-up scene but it has quickly raised €6 million for its device for treating internal bleeding and tumours, both benign and malignant. LaNua has built a device, Ecore, for surgeons and radiologists carrying out embolization procedures where the flow of blood needs to be controlled.
