BGO, a Florida-based property investment firm, has appointed receivers over Camden Yard, one of the largest commercial developments in Dublin. The US firm, a senior lender on the ambitious project, has installed restructuring specialists Nick O’Dwyer and John Boland of the accountancy firm Grant Thornton as joint receivers over the €475 million project. The plan for the site includes office space across four A-rated blocks that can accommodate up to 4,000 people. The project is being developed by Westridge Real Estate Group which is working with Oaktree to ensure that construction of the development goes ahead as planned.
