BGO, a Florida-based property investment firm, has appointed receivers over Camden Yard, one of the largest commercial developments in Dublin. The US firm, a senior lender on the ambitious project, has installed restructuring specialists Nick O’Dwyer and John Boland of the accountancy firm Grant Thornton as joint receivers over the €475 million project. The plan for the site includes office space across four A-rated blocks that can accommodate up to 4,000 people.
