The company that runs JP McManus’s luxury Adare Manor resort in Co Limerick wants to turn a three-bed family home into office space in preparation for the 2027 Ryder Cup. New planning files released this week show that Tizzard Holdings Unlimited Company has applied to Limerick City and County Council for planning permission to change of use of Graigue Lodge on Rathkeale Road from residential to office use for a five-year period.
