Bennett Construction, the main contractor on the embattled €475 million Oaktree-backed office and luxury residential development at the former DIT campus on Kevin Street, is seeking to wind up a key company connected with the development over outstanding debts. Bennett (Construction) Limited presented a petition to the High Court in late December seeking the winding up of GA Development Fund, a sub-fund of the Icav which officially owns the development site.
