Former Riverdance star Michael Flatley is in dispute with lender Novellus about the sum required to redeem a multi-million euro loan issued to his company Blackbird Film Productions, the Commercial Court has heard. Following a meeting in Monaco last week, the dancer proposed paying circa €5.7 million to clear the loan, used for Flatley’s 2018 spy-thriller flop Blackbird and charged against his Co Cork mansion, Castlehyde.
